We brought our wider branding expertise to this project.
Client Oonagh O’Hagan was keen to use carrier bags to communicate the range of services offered by Meaghers Pharmacy at its 6 Dublin outlets:
• family care
• prescription medicines
• luxury cosmetics
As agents for Clarins skincare, they wanted to highlight this product range but also to be perceived as a family pharmacy.
The Clarins logo was to be used on the standard carrier bag to emphasis the luxury aspect of the business.
We then proposed adding the tagline ‘Caring for the Community’ to deliver the message that this is a family pharmacy
The flat, counter bag would carry information on medicine management, reinforcing the image of a responsible, caring pharmacy.
Browsing through our samples, Oonagh was drawn to photographic designs and from our design options, she opted for a fresh lime green with with grey/black tones.
She chose dimensions of 260x120x310cm for her standard carrier bag, with a twisted handle for extra strength.

Just received the bags today, they are fantastic! The colours are perfect - just what I was looking for. I love the idea you came up to make the bag look like something a kid messing about with crayons would do. Nobody else has a bag like this.
