A strong, stylish look to reflect the business
Kennelly's Pharmacy recently wanted a change from their traditional carrier bags.
A long-standing customerof Barrys Packaging, Kennellys asked us to come up with some new ideas.
A pharmacy requires a strong, stylish look to reflect its business and also needs bags of different sizes to accommodate the product range.
With this in mind, our graphic artist Sean created a number of design options from which they chose this one, featuring the established pharmacy symbols set against a modern use of typefaces.
Their colour choice was contrasting dark and pale greens with a pinstripe finish on the side gusset.
We also suggested a smaller bag for perfume, with rope handle and ribbon to reflect the luxury nature of this product.
They ordered two different sized carrier bags for everyday pharmacy (the larger 260x120x310cm and the smaller 180x70x230cm) as well as the perfume bag.

Just received the bags today, they are fantastic! The colours are perfect - just what I was looking for. I love the idea you came up to make the bag look like something a kid messing about with crayons would do. Nobody else has a bag like this.
