Printed Greaseproof Paper & Sheets
Greaseproof is the everyday workhorse for burgers, wraps, baked goods, deli counters and basket liners. We print custom greaseproof in branded sheets and bags, sized to your tray, basket or counter.
Material: 40gsm greaseproof paper in white or brown is the standard for grease and fat resistance. For wetter or oilier foods we also supply upgraded barriers — clay-coated greaseproof and Alu-coated (aluminium-coated/foil-laminated) paper which has a metallised or foil layer instead. That gives a much stronger barrier — moisture, grease and importantly heat/insulation and light

SOS Block-Bottom Paper Bags
The flat-bottomed, self-standing SOS bag is the go-to for bakeries, coffee shops, delis and counter service — it stands open for one-handed filling and stacks flat for storage. Supplied without handles as standard.
Material: 60–120gsm white kraft, or brown kraft for a natural recycled look. Heavier weights for larger or heavier orders; lighter weights for small bakery items.

Flat-Handle Paper Carrier Bags
The single most popular takeaway carrier in Ireland. The flat paper-tape handle is comfortable to carry, sits flush for storage and suits hot-food, Chinese, Indian, Thai and bakery orders alike. Strong, branded and fully recyclable.
Material: 70–120gsm white or brown kraft, with 90–110gsm the everyday choice for takeaway weight and durability. Brown kraft for a natural look, white kraft for the brightest print.
Handle: flat paper-tape handle as standard (twisted paper handle available).

Food-Safe Materials & Compliance
Everything on this page is specified for food use. We know the requirements Irish and EU food operators have to meet and we supply accordingly:
- Food-contact suitability. Papers and boards are selected for direct or indirect food contact in line with EU food-contact materials rules (Framework Regulation (EC) 1935/2004 and Good Manufacturing Practice Regulation (EC) 2023/2006). Material specifications and declarations are available on request.
- Grease and moisture barrier matched to the food. Standard greaseproof for dry and lightly oily foods; clay-coated or alu-coated greaseproof and grease-resistant board for hot, wet or oily items that would otherwise soak through.
- Food-safe inks. Branding is printed with inks suitable for food packaging and, on greaseproof, kept to the non-contact face.
