Our standard lead time is 14 to 16 weeks, because every box is made and printed to your own artwork and travels to Ireland by sea. Ordering in September or October would normally mean your boxes arrive after Christmas trading — which is why most retailers assume it is already too late.
It isn't. For orders confirmed by Friday 16 October 2026, we can split your delivery: half of your order flown ahead by air so it lands weeks earlier, with the balance following by sea at no extra charge. One simple charge covers the flown half:

Air charges are in addition to your unit price and cover the flown half of the order only. The remaining half ships by sea as standard, with free delivery nationwide.

Both formats are printed in full colour, inside and out, at 100% coverage — so the inside of the lid is as branded as the outside, and there is room for a message or tagline as well as your logo. Colours are matched to your Pantone references for brand accuracy. Supply your logo or artwork and our studio will prepare it for print.

Board & materials
The gift card box is built on rigid 1000gsm board wrapped in 157gsm coated paper — substantial enough to feel like a gift box rather than a card sleeve, with a fitted insert that holds a standard gift card (8.5 × 5.4cm) and a 20mm double-faced satin ribbon. The slimmer gift card holder uses 600gsm board with a 157gsm art paper wrap and a magnetic closure. Both are matt laminated as standard.

As every order is made and printed to your artwork, a production lead time applies — typically 14 to 16 weeks including sea freight. Our in-house studio prepares your artwork and sets up your design at no extra cost, and you approve a digital proof before anything goes to print. Delivery is free nationwide, and flexible interest-free payment plans are available (terms and conditions apply).
