Orders placed before 2.00pm Monday to Friday are normally dispatched that afternoon.

Delays may occur during busy periods.

Orders taken over the weekend will be dispatched on Monday afternoon.

We use DPD Couriers for the majority of our package deliveries and they usually deliver on the next working day (Monday to Friday)

Delays may occur in the courier network from time to time so we cannot guarantee next day delivery.

Transit Time: 3 to 4 days
Rate: €14.00 per box

Zone 2: Austria, Czech Republic, Denmark, Poland
Transit Time: 4 to 5 days
Rate: €15.00 per box

Zone 3: Lithuania, Hungary, Slovakia, Slovenia
Transit Time: 5 to 6 days
Rate: €16.00 per box
Customs Clearance: N/A

Zone 4: Sweden, Spain, Italy, Latvia, Estonia
Transit Time: 5 to 7 days
Rate: €19.00 per box

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. This will allow you to track your order and keep up-to-date with its delivery status.

Returns

Any goods must be returned within 14 days and arrive at our warehouse in Good Condition.

We will deliver to the address as you enter it, and can not accept any liability for late or failed delivery if the quoted address is incorrect, so please be careful when entering delivery address details.

FOR CUSTOM DESIGNED PACKAGING

All custom packaging is delivered to Ireland and Northern Ireland only.

Our lead times on printed packaging vary according to the type of packaging you choose.

Delivery times are approximate and start from approval of proofs and all order details. Failure to deliver within the time stated on the part of the seller shall not entitle the buyer to any claim upon the sellers by reason of such a failure. Any dates quoted for delivery of the goods are approximate only and the seller shall not be liable for any delay in delivery of the goods.

Unless otherwise specified the price quoted is for delivery of the work to the customer’s address as set out in the estimate. A charge may be made to cover any extra costs involved for delivery to a different address.

The customer is responsible for:
• giving clear delivery instructions
• checking goods on delivery for shortfall/damage and signing for them as damaged or not checked if it is impractical to check them
• notifying us immediately of any non-delivery or obvious shortfall/damage on delivery

Claim for damage or non-delivery will not be entertained by the seller unless they are notified in writing within 14 days of the invoice date and are signed for as damaged on the delivery note.

Should expedited delivery be agreed, an extra may be charged to cover any overtime or any other additional costs involved.

If work is suspended at the request of or delayed through any default of the customer for a period of 30 days, Barry Packaging shall then be entitled to payment for work already carried out, materials specially ordered and other additional costs including storage.
