Branded mailing bags turn a plain delivery into a brand moment. Types of mailing bags we offer
Almost every order we run is a self-seal poly mailer – the standard e-commerce mailer with a peel-and-seal strip along the lip. It's light, waterproof, tamper-evident and quick to pack, which is why it's the default for clothing, accessories and most direct-to-consumer fulfilment. Within that style you choose the film to match your brand and sustainability position:
- Standard co-extruded film – opaque, hard-wearing and fully recyclable. The everyday workhorse for apparel and general e-commerce.
- Biodegradable film – standard poly with a biodegradable additive, for brands that want a greener mailer without changing how it's packed or stored.
- Compostable film – plant-based (sugar cane) film that breaks down in composting conditions, for fully eco-positioned ranges.
Heavier-gauge film for bulkier or higher-value shipments, and kraft paper mailers, are also available on request – talk to us about the right fit for what you're sending.
Sizes
Our four standard sizes cover the vast majority of e-commerce orders, from single accessories to multi-garment shipments. Each size includes a 75mm self-seal lip.

Print options
Mailers are printed by flexo in 1 to 4 colours. Most brands run a clean 1 or 2-colour logo design, which keeps unit costs low and gives a sharp, professional finish. Send us your artwork and our design team will set it up for print – free of charge – and supply a proof for approval before anything goes to production.
Sustainability
Standard poly mailers are recyclable, and our biodegradable and compostable films give you a credible eco option to put on the bag and on your website. As an Irish, family-run supplier since 1973 we'll help you choose a material that stands up to your sustainability claims rather than just looking the part.
Ordering
Printed mailing bags are produced to order. Typical print runs range from 1,000 to 50,000+ units, with the best value usually around the 5,000 mark, and lead times of 4–12 weeks depending on specification. Free design and free delivery are included on every order, and you can spread the cost with our 0% interest weekly payment plan (T&Cs apply).
